Meet Tulsa
Oklahoma’s Bad Bad Girl (aka Tulsa) is a well bred American Field Lab, with multiple prestigious working titles in her lines. A number of Field Champions, and some National Field Champions showcase exactly what type of blood she has coursing through her veins. One look at her pedigree shows that she has all the horsepower a serious duck hunter or someone looking to play in the field trial/hunt test world would need.
Tulsa is three years old. There are four hall of fame dogs in her lineage.
She comes from the Lean Mac lineage, and her mother is a master hunter.

Meet The Sire - Jaeger
Jaeger is an AKC registered yellow lab, with many accolades under his belt. Good looks mixed with intelligence and trainability, Jaeger has turned many heads while he has been on the job. He is a Grand Hunting Retriever Champion, with Master National Plate with a total of 16 Master Passes under his belt, and has 50% of his Grand Hunting Retriever Champion title which we look forward to pursuing this year. He also has a Canine Good Citizen obedience title and a fun Trick Dog Intermediate title as well which earned him the recognition of AKC Achiever Dog.
Titles aren't the only thing we're proud of, because this guy is healthy too! He has been genetically tested for Exercise Induced Collapse, Centronuclear Myopathy, Progressive Retinal Atrophy/Cone Degeneration, which he is clear on all. He has also had his D-Locus checked and is dilute free. All genetic testing was done by animal genetics of Tallahassee Florida. Along with genetic testing, his hips, elbows, and eyes have been certified by the Orthopedic Foundation of Animals, earning Good, normal and normal ratings respectively.
As for his personality, Jaeger has the "on/off" switch that is desired for a gentleman's gun dog. He can turn it on and bring back your prized Pintail or Mallard, but knows when to lay back and hang out on the couch with his Dad while a good movie is on TV. Always happy, always friendly, everyone jokes that Jaeger is running for Mayor. He certainly is the leader of Blackwater Kennels, and is the cornerstone stud dog here. We're very proud of him.
